Conflict resolution is a process of finding a mutually acceptable solution for all
parties in volved.
It requires communication, empathy creativity and flexibility.
In
this presentation, we will explore the common time of conflict and different
conflict resolution time.

Common time of conflict

Understands conflicts and their roots
• Communication breakdown: miscommunication is a top cause loading to
misunderstandings, mistrust and resentment and resentment.
